Lindsey Reddin works to restore vitality and well being in her clients' lives, by improving circulation, balancing immune function and promoting relaxation. Every treatment situation, which might range from stress or tension to chronic illness or injury, is approached individually to reduce pain or discomfort.

About Lindsey

I grew up in Bonshaw PEI and graduated with honours from Bluefield High School. I attended ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, where I trained extensively in physiology, anatomy, specific assessment, palpation, and many different massage techniques. I graduated with honours with specialties in Pregnancy, Infant and Sports Massage. I also earned my Level 1 in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since August, 2004. I was the President of the PEI Massage Therapy Association from 2006-2009.
